My first UBC CPD Conference

I was assigned my first UBC CPD conference earlier this year for Sunday,October 23, 2011.
There was a lot of panic and stress leading up to the conference day. In part, it was due to all the other work I had to do for everyone else's conference. On the other hand,it was also due to the limited guidance provided me.

With constant questions and requests for help from my co-workers, everything finally came together in the last few weeks.

On conference day, Richard was there with me starting at 6:00 am, on a cold foggy Sunday morning, for the whole conference!

We had over 100 people attend the conference...not bad considering a couple of months ago we only had 14 people signed up.

The conference went very well! There was only a minor timing issue, but that is not unusual at all.
